通訳・翻訳

通訳ガイド国家試験資格保持者による会議通訳、観光通訳をはじめ、豪華外国船来港や海外旅行客を対象に、学院で研修を受けた学院生及び卒業生によるボランティア通訳も行っています(国際観光振興機構善意通訳加盟組織)。また、一般文書から法律関係書類までの翻訳も承っております。

★通訳ガイド国家試験合格！★

平成19年度の『通訳案内士試験（通訳ガイド試験）』の結果が１月31日発表されました。IBS外語学院からは、４名の方（講師１名、全日制卒業生１名、夜間部受講生２名）が見事合格されました。合格者の皆様には心よりお祝い申し上げます。

■通訳

●まずは、下記の事項についてご連絡下さい。
　１）日時：時間は、移動・休憩等を含む全ての時間をお知らせ下さい
　２）場所
　３）通訳が必要な言語
　４）人数：通訳の対象となる人数及び同行者の人数
　５）内容：業種、分野、目的等、また、観光ガイドの場合は希望のルート等、
　　　　　　 できるだけ詳しくお知らせ下さい。
　６）ご依頼される方の連絡先
　７）その他ご要望など

■翻訳

●まずは、下記の事項についてご連絡下さい。
　１）翻訳を必要とする言語：日本語から英語、英語から日本語など
　２）内容：お手元に書類がある場合は、サンプルとして１〜２ページ程度をPDF書類でメール添付の上送信していただくか、FAX（鹿児島099-227-2739）でお送り下さい。
　３）目的（翻訳書類の提出先等）
　４）希望納期：文書量にもよりますが、短納期の場合お断りさせて頂く場合もございます。
　５）納品形式：プリントアウトした書類のみ、データでの納品など

■ボランティア通訳

IBSでは、個人あるいは小人数グループ観光客を対象に、ボランティア観光通訳を承っております。日本と鹿児島の文化や風土について英語で学んだ学院在学生や、海外正規留学等を経験した卒業生が対応しています。

<Goodwill Guide>
With genuine and heart-warming hospitality we offer free guided tours in English, and can take you to all the most interesting culturally relevant places in Kagoshima.

1. Volunteer tour guides are all free. However, you must pay the following actual expenses:
　a. Transportation expenses during the guided tour
　b. Expenses for food and drink during the guided tour
　c. Admission fee
　d. Any other expenses
2. You pay your own transportation fees and entrance fees and so on.
3. Our goodwill guide group cannot take responsibility for any accidents, illness and damage during the tour.
4. The application from profit corporations such as travel agencies may not be accepted in some cases. Please ask us for details.
5. Guiding courses and time are flexible, so please let us know your plan when you apply. (Please understand we cannot always satisfy all requests.)
6. Application should be done by e-mail or fax at least two weeks prior to the day of your tour. In other cases, please ask by e-mail or fax to the contact address below.
7. Your application may not be accepted in some cases.
